12A, 13B, and 20B Mazda Rx7 rotary engines. We also sell a wide
variety of rx7 and rx8 rotary engine parts and accessories. We manufacture
our own high quality aftermarket rotary parts, superchargers, and
high performance supercharger pulleys, as well as carry all of Mazda's
engine parts.
These are the same as our original solid corner seals without the depression in them.
This is an excellent upgrade to any engine. These are desirable under high boost or nitrous applications.
We have had some people ask for these so we are offering them again.

The side seals and springs on rx8 engines goes directly over the exhaust port and therefore experiences extreme heat, the cryogenically treating process helps the springs deal with this situation.

What it does:
The AEM Water/Methanol Injection System injects a mixture of water/methanol into the intake of a forced induction engine. Injecting water/methanol allows users to run more boost and ignition timing to gain horsepower and torque. Gains as much as 20% more horsepower and 25% more torque on pump gas are common.
The AEM Water/Methanol Injection System comes loaded with more standard features and high quality components that any other comparably priced injection system on the market today. The AEM injection kit comes with a 1 gallon tank with built-in low level switch. The "Boost Safe" injection readiness system comes standard in all AEM Water/Methanol Injection Systems. A check valve that prevents unintended fluid flow is included standard. One injector and three interchangeable nozzles are included to cover a wide range of potential horsepower levels along with 20 feet of injection tubing to facilitate the system being installed on practically any vehicle.

These fit a 1986-1992 Non Turbo Six Port Engine.
Stock actuators have a dead spot at the end of them where the intake air hits cavitates instead of continuing into the engine smoothly.
Our intake actuators fix this problem by creating a smooth transition from intake to engine and generating more power.
Don't waste time installing inserts into your actuators, just put new, and better actuators in and be done with it.
We designed these to work with the Renesis engines for those that want to use our solid corner seal design on their Rx8 Projects, these are great for racing and high horsepower applications.
Although
we have always static balanced our rotary engines in the past, we
were forced to send our rotating assemblies out to be dynamically
balanced. That is no longer the case, this is our new rotary
engine dynamic balancer setup and ready to go.
