A rotor bearing press tool is needed to remove and install the bearings.

4 Inner & 4 Outer Mazda OEM 69-11 Rotary Oil Ring Spring Set.

Fits all rotary engines from 1969-2011 including R100, Cosmo, Rx2, Rx3, Rx4, Repu, Rx7, & Rx8.

Competition Rotor Bearing has approximately .04" deeper oil grooves and provide approximately .0005" more clearance than stock bearings.

Use on any rotary engine from 1974-1991, and automatic/low power Rx8s.

One set of Apex seal springs is enough for one 13B 2mm engine.

Six short and six long 2mm apex seal springs for all 86-11 Rx7 and Rx8 engines.

Six Mazda OEM Rx8 Apex Seals, springs not included.

These will not work for earlier 2mm rx7 engines.

These are 2 piece apex seals, the tip is super glued on from Mazda.

Cut Off, Cut-Off Seal Set

We prefer the side seals Mazda offers which are longer, and require hand fitting so that you can attain a more accurate fit between side seal and corner seal which allows for maximum compression and no blow by. Every rotor is different so it is better to get them longer to custom fit each slot, these are also cheaper than the pre-cut letter versions.

You will need to remove approximately 0.05" (1.28mm) from each side seal.

Consider upgrading these to Cryo Treated Side Seals to allow for better more uniform heat dissipation, because these seals ride directly over the extremely hot exhaust port inside the renesis engine.

Pro Tip: To check actual clearances use 2 springs for accuracy, but only 1 when assembling the engine.

Cryo treating this part is great because these ride over the extremely hot exhaust port inside the engine, and cryo treating allows heat to be dissipated more quickly and uniformly.

The material for these seals has been developed by David Atkins over his extensive racing career in order to exceed stock apex seal life and durability.

These are designed to take more abuse then stock apex seals, these are competition aftermarket Apex Seals.
