Clips the washer hose to the hood.

They are different in size, but fit perfectly in the attachment hole.  I consider them an upgrade, as it's easier to service the hose without breaking the clips.  The original smaller clips are very tight on the hose.  The hose fits looser in the newer clip, but not so loose that the hose can slip out.  I would suggest that anyone using these on an older Miata, replace all three, so they all match.
