Why Hylomar?

Hylomar^® Universal Blue sealant is the worlds leading non-setting, sealing and gasketing compound. 

We advise only using Hylomar on all water jacket seals , It’s the only sealant we have used in this area since 1982. 

If using any other compounds, there are no warranties, on all water jacket seals. Other compounds may cause damage.

Fits turbo and non-turbo. Includes all the soft parts that typically need to be replaced on every rebuild as far as o-rings go.

There are similar kits like this out there with lower quality parts for a higher price. We offer the best parts at the best price.

Uses Atkins Proprietary Brown Inner Water Jacket Seals

Atkins Rotary has come out with a new brown water jacket seal, its square cut and seamless. It is impossible to put this seal in wrong unless you twist it on accident.

We had our chemist select the correct materials in order to allow this seal to take an additional 150° over the stock inner water jacket seal. We have also re-used these in our race car a couple times without issue.
